Menttora may modify, update, postpone or discontinue a Service where reasonably necessary.

2. Educational Purpose

Menttora's courses and workshops are designed to provide education, professional development, knowledge and practical tools.

Participation does not guarantee any particular employment, career, organizational, financial, professional or other outcome.

Information presented through our Services may be based on research, professional experience, legislation, policies, standards and best practices available at the time. Such information may change, and participants are responsible for determining how information applies to their particular circumstances.

Menttora does not provide legal, medical, financial, immigration or other regulated professional advice through its general professional development programs unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

3. Registration and Payment

Registration may require payment of a fee.

Fees, applicable taxes, registration requirements and any specific cancellation or refund conditions will be communicated before or at the time of registration.

You are responsible for providing accurate registration and payment information.

Menttora reserves the right to refuse or cancel a registration where permitted by law, including in circumstances involving non-payment, fraudulent activity, inappropriate conduct or insufficient registration.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or waived.

4. Cancellations, Refunds and Changes

Cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the course, workshop or Service and will be communicated at registration.

Menttora may cancel or reschedule a program because of circumstances including insufficient registration, instructor availability, illness, technical problems, severe weather, emergencies or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where Menttora cancels a prepaid program and does not provide a reasonable alternative, any refund will be provided in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy and applicable law.

5. Workshop and Course Materials

All Menttora course materials, presentations, manuals, handouts, templates, recordings, graphics, videos, written content, training frameworks and other materials are the intellectual property of Menttora or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

Menttora is committed to providing a respectful, professional and inclusive learning environment.

Participants must not engage in harassment, threats, discrimination, intimidation, disruptive conduct, unlawful activity or behaviour that compromises the safety or learning experience of others.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute or commercially exploit Menttora's proprietary content without written permission.
